
Senior Day Programming
The Bright Path Memory Program is a three-hour per day adjunct and cognitive behavioral curriculum for seniors seeking to enhance their mental and physical capabilities.
The Program is currently offered at our facility in Sandy Springs (347 Carpenter Drive). Programming is carefully designed to ensure clients receive the highest quality of care and oversight.
Case Management is also provided with family members receiving documented and outcome driven care plans and assessments.
A Fun, Relaxed Atmosphere
Behavioral Programming, Adjunct Therapies and Case Management all in a relaxed environment.
Person-Centered Programming
Clients experience a wide variety of daily activities including mental, recreational, spiritual, creative and physical activity.
Customized Treatment
Each client receives a customized program and treatment plan, including case management and referral services.
The Program is overseen by Clinical Therapists (LCSW) and Master Level Counselors. Programming can also include referrals to area psychiatrists and psychologists.

What’s Included
The delivery of the program is through private pay funds on a per resident day basis and can include the following:
- Bright Path Cognitive Program;
- Group Discussions / Current Events;
- Physical Exercise (Stroll through our Physical Wellness Garden which enhances Light Therapy);
- Light Exercise;
- Art Therapy;
- Music Therapy;
- Spiritual Programs;
- Health Programs;
- Reminiscing;
- Book Group;
- Neck Massage:
- Chair Yoga; and
- Mens’ and Women’s Groups
Rehabilitation Therapies
Sandy Springs Location:
- The Sandy Springs location provides for a half-day program.
- Referrals are available for rehabilitation services that include:
- Physical Therapy; and
- Occupational Therapy.
- Referrals for Intramuscular Massage are also available.
PT and OT are reimbursable through MC and most insurance carriers (payment is made up front with processing of the payment after the service is provided).
Case Management
- Case Management Services include documented and outcome Treatment Plans provided by Licensed Counselors and Master Level Counselors.
Meals
Sandy Springs:
- Light snacks are provided (half-day Bright Path Memory Program).
Other Services
The following additional services are available on a fee-for-service basis:
- Cognitive Evaluation (reimbursed through Medicare)
