CEO | President
Carol Reynolds, MAI is professionally recognized as an authority on valuation, operational overview, and market feasibility for senior housing and healthcare across the United States. These include psychiatric hospitals (adult and adolescent), rehabilitation hospitals, assisted living facilities, group homes, acute-care hospitals, CCRCs, independent living and active adult communities.
Carol holds a BS in Real Estate from Georgia State University, obtaining her MAI (Member of the Appraisal Institute) in 2000 and her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 2002.
Carol has expensive operational experience for independent living and assisted living services and is the owner/operator of The Cottages on Mountain Creek, a specialty neuro-behavioral center of excellence for adults living the mental health issues. Through Bright Path Program GPS, Carol, along with the clinical team, oversee a senior memory care program within an assisted living setting, as well as clinical programs that include The Bath Pain Program, Intensive Out-Patient Program for Neuro-Behavioral Clients, a Psychoeducational Addiction Program, as well as the Brain Flex Program for senior memory care clients.
Carol also has experience processing Joint Commission Applications, state licensing application, policy and procedures for assisted living services, as well as compiling residency handbooks for assisted living facilities.
