NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

What We Offer Overview

Bright Path Program provides a variety of Out-Patient Neuro-Behavioral programming that has been developed based on extensive experience in clinical, organizational and developmental collaboration with The Cottages On Mountain Creek. Programs currently include the following:
Transitional Independent Living Program

Transitional Independent Living

The Transitional Independent Living Program allows clients to transition from the In-Patient Residential Treatment Program (Cottages) to continue their recovery and/or for new clients seeking to continue recovery.

The Day Treatment Programming

Day Programming

The Day Treatment Programming is for residents who are stable on their medications, know their medications and are fully engaged in regaining access back into society. The Day Program provides a variety of programming levels and assistance, all of which will be determined during the admissions process with a TEAM approach (potential client, staff and family members).

After Care

After Care

Continued Path to Recovery

Recovery from mental and cognitive behavioral health issues does not stop when a treatment period ends. Aftercare provides continued oversight, clinical treatment, and a set schedule which immediately follows the PHP and/or IOP programs.

What Makes Bright Path Program GPS Different from Others?

The Bright Path Program has earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval.

Bright Path Program is proud to announce its affiliation with Emory University Medical School for a Fourth Year Resident Rotation in Community Psychiatry.

All programming provides a Holistic Approach to Recovery and Maintaining Wellness.

Programming is individualized, documented and outcome driven allowing participants and family members to track progress throughout the length of the program.

The participant, family, caretaker and community support teams are welcome and encouraged to be part of the treatment plan.

Completion includes a detailed workbook identifying triggered thinking patterns, as well as skills and tools for reinforcement of progress made during the program.

Bright Path Program is now in-network with BCBS Anthem, Aetna, and Tri-Care – PHP and IOP for mental health and drug and alcohol.

Our facilities are well maintained and provide a safe environment (Sandy Springs offers multiple gardens);

Bright Path is a sister company to The Cottages on Mountain Creek (fully integrated mental and behavioral health program);

Housing includes a private bedroom (shared bath), T.V., basic cable, health and wellness meals (primarily sugar free), housekeeping, gardens, recreation room (stationary bicycles, large TV, foosball, puzzles, games and library), as well as a yoga pavilion and physical therapy garden.
