The Cottages on Mountain Creek is conveniently located at 5800 Mountain Creek Road, Sandy Springs, Georgia 30328.

Our services provide a relaxing atmosphere that is residential in feel with multiple garden areas including a Yoga Pavilion and Meditation Garden along a creek, as well as a Physical Therapy Garden and PTSD garden.

Therapeutic services and group sessions (mental health and out-patient addiction programming) are intertwined with our gardens to allow for a calming and reflective atmosphere.

The Bright Path Program – Sandy Springs is located at 347 Carpenter Drive, Sandy Springs, Georgia 30328. Located within City Springs, the operations are conveniently located within a block of Interstate 285 and a block from MARTA. Bright Path Program provides therapeutic services (out-patient programming) to our clients.

Our Sandy Springs location provides a relaxing atmosphere allowing clients to regain healthy habits and purpose in life.

The Bright Path Program – Buckhead is conveniently located in Tuxedo Center (3580 Piedmont Road, Suite 214, Buckhead, Georgia 30305), The Tuxedo Center is west of Roswell Road between Midtown and Sandy Springs, Georgia.

Our Buckhead location provides out-patient programming for mature adults (professionals), as well as young adults.
